On 28 May 2020, an online workshop was arranged to pilot a game in which participants would practice active listening skill (Empathy).  Empathy (the ability to understand and share the feelings of another) would likely be enriched with active listening.  Each participant would take turn to share a story, while the others would patiently listen, provide feedbacks and support. 

Our Shanghai BAM team is very new, most members have not meet each other face to face yet especially delayed by the COVID-19.  Piloting this online ice-breaking workshop embrace relationship sooner.

The first pilot is close meeting, organized within the Shanghai June Webinar organizing team.
