Abstract

Have your business gone through Lean/Agile/ Transformations in the recent years? What was the return on investment? 

COVID-19 created a global crisis that impacted most of the businesses and lives. Have your business been impacted negatively by this? Did you lose sales or employees? How did the Lean/Agile/ transformation in your IT department help in this case? The “smart” businesses survived and even thrived, BECAUSE THEY CAN. They have built the necessary ingredients into the business so that disruptions can be turned into opportunities. I will share a few stories on how businesses of various sizes and industries reacted to the crisis as well as my own learnings from them.
