Albert is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Advanced Scrum Master in Agile Project Management methodology, and Certified of CMMI v 1.3 practitioner for CMMI appraisal. He has extensive multinational and multi-industry operations and project experience to drive business performances and service excellence. During these periods, he had managed, rescued and launched various global and regional projects for financial corporations including Manulife Financial Canada, Sun Life Financial Asia, Development Bank of Singapore, and IBM Hong Kong/China Limited.
