This is a team building group game to build a theme park. During the game, each participant would be able to experience the basic agile project cycle and techniques, as well as understanding and experiencing the 7 basic agile culture elements. At the end of the game, each participant would be asked to choose among the 7 agile culture elements:

- agile servant leadership 敏捷僕人領導
- welling-being & fulfillment 保持良好狀態和滿足
- collaboration & autonomy 協助和自主
- trust & transparency 信任/透明度
- adaptability to change 適應變更

Most facilitators of this game are ICT Students of the NLSI Lui Kwok Pat Fong College.
Their ICT teacher is Danny Cheng, OC Chair of this Conference. Ching Yan Lee Lily is their Teaching Assistant.
These students have attend a series of training sessions and facilitated 12+ Form 3 students on 12 July.
They also helped to design the Google Form for the Agile Culture Awareness Survey to be conducted as part of the game.
