Ady is IC Agile accredited coach and trainer who has over 20 years’ experience in a combination of strategic and operational roles for startups and established businesses at Director level managing award winning services. She now leverages that experience to provide end to end Enterprise Transformation and Executive Coach consultancy services. Ady is also a Director at the Agile Practitioner of Nigeria, a national body which empowers and engages individuals, leaders, and organizations with practices, and values that create sustainable and prosperous workplaces in Nigeria. In her spare time, she is a community partner for the Agile Business Institute and amongst speaking engagements coordinates the London Business Agility Meetup.
